In this position, you will rotate between several of Signature's Financial Centers and Private Client Teams. You will assist the Financial Center Manager in maintaining bank operations while ensuring that staff is in compliance with bank policies. You will assist Private Client Teams with servicing their clients by opening new accounts and processing client transactions such as wire transfers, collections, etc. Other responsibilities include: supervising financial center proof, reviewing daily operations reports, greeting existing and potential clients, preparing new account applications, and assisting back office personnel in resolving operational issues. May need to open and close Financial Center and assist with the training of new hires. Senior Financial Center Associate - Floater will support the Manhattan, Bronx and Westchester offices as needed.
- In depth knowledge of financial service products, as well as 3 years of banking experience in a similar position.
- Minimum 2 years management experience with financial center operations, compliance and problem solving techniques.
- The qualified candidate will be flexible and professional as well as have strong client service, decision-making and communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Salary range: $45K - $55K
