In this position, you will assist the Loan Administration department in the daily maintenance of commercial loan files, UCC filings and imaging process. In addition, you will process and coordinate the loan document exception report, review and maintain closed loan files, as well as track property liability insurance.
- Minimum 1 year commercial loan processing experience for a financial institution.
- Working knowledge of documentation preferred.
- Knowledge of loan documentation and UCC-1 filings.
- Ideal candidate must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Salary: up to 47K
