In this role, you will perform secretarial and administrative duties supporting our Senior Management group in a confidential setting. You will report to the Manager of Administration Support and assist in a variety of projects such as but not limited to the coordination of special mailings, bank events, meetings, and handle front desk receptionist duties. In this highly visible position, you will interact with all levels of management. The ideal candidate must have the ability to effectively manage a project independently using a high level of organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Minimum two years of recent administrative experience.
- Project Support/Event planning experience strongly preferred.
- Positive, friendly and helpful disposition.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Salary: $35K - $50K
