Signature Securities Group Corporation seeks a dedicated sales assistant for our Houston office. We currently have the following exciting opportunity:

SBA Sales Assistant
In this position, you will be responsible for handling phones, processing correspondence, research and other various administrative duties, as well as timely and accurate accumulation and processing of all SBA loan bids. You will assist securities and sales personnel in all aspects of servicing client accounts. Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and submit all bids received via specified bidding procedures for individual sales reps.
• Follow up on all bids sent to lenders, as well as communicate winning bids to the appropriate sales rep.
• Enter loan purchase tickets and verify all trade confirms are correct and sent to the appropriate contacts.
• Manage marketing and mass mail outs, as well as prepare and distribute assigned reporting requests.
• Assist individual sales reps preparing loan and pool offering presentations.
• Conduct assigned research projects as delegated by individual sales reps.

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years in a Business or Finance capacity.
• Series 7 and 63/65 Licenses.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SalesLogix database a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Sales Assistant experience a plus.

Salary $30K - $45K
