Signature Securities Group Corporation seeks a dedicated SBA Trader for our Houston office. We currently have the following exciting opportunity:

SBA Trader
In this position, you will actively engage in the daily trading and positioning of SBA whole loans and securitized pools for the SBA sales force while realizing trading profits and fulfilling customer investment needs. In addition, you will assist in developing new business lines to add to the overall profitability of the division. Other responsibilities include:

• Accumulate loans to be warehoused through the Bank and securitizing them into SBA Pools for sale.
• Manage warehoused loans for stale dated items and balances.
• Assist securities sales personnel in servicing client accounts by analyzing market conditions, understanding client objectives and ensuring the sales force provides accurate securities execution, advice and decisions.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years experience in trading, sales, accounting or portfolio and asset/liability management.
• Series 7, 63 and 24 Licenses.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bloomberg.
