Signature Bank seeks a team player for its Loan Administration department in Midtown Manhattan. Signature's focus is delivering high quality services to a select clientele with attention to developing a professional and lasting relationship. We currently have the following exciting opportunity:

Commercial Loan Administration Associate
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Reviews loan documentation following underwriting guidelines and policies.
• Performs loan maintenance, and month end reconciliation for designated GL accounts.
• Prepares input forms to book loans, processes requests for advances and payments on loans, and checks prior days loan activity for accuracy.
• Prepares and files UCC’s ensuring that liens are perfected.

The qualified candidate will be highly motivated and have thorough knowledge of commercial loan processing. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years loan document experience for a large commercial bank and excellent organization skills with extreme attention to detail. Must also be proficient in Microsoft Office.
