Help Desk - Technical Associate
In this position you will function as a systems and network “help desk” representative, providing answers to users directly. Candidate will perform day-to-day first line support of network/systems/desktop to troubleshoot and diagnose problems independently or in conjunction with Senior Technical Associate. The position will provide support in managing various vendors and system administrators of the company to ensure the proper user/client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• The qualified candidate will be professional, have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum of 1 year related experience and training in computer technology or telecommunications.
• Associates Degree in Information Technology or equivalent education/training required.

Salary $35K - $45K
