Operational Risk Manager
In this position, you will focus primarily on operational risk and assist the Director Risk Management in activities related to credit risk, coordination of insurance activities, and the Bank’s
Sarbanes Oxley program. You will also assist with oversight, implementation, and coordination of other primary risks which are managed on a decentralized basis including market, interest rate
and other operational risks. Other responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive Operational Risk review process.
- Working together with Senior Management and Process Managers to develop and implement strategies designed to effectively mitigate identified risks establish thresh holds for risk tolerances and conduct risk based evaluations of business lines, production and processes.
- Ability to utilize industries derivative, changes in technology and market risk issues, regulatory requirements and incorporate these into an effective risk assessment process.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 - 10 years experience in financial services in an operational risk or audit role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related business field.
- Excellent communication, team work and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Salary $85K - $125K
