Receptionist
In this position you will assist the Commercial Real Estate Department primarily as the receptionist for the group. Along with greeting visitors, other administrative tasks include: answering phones, maintaining conference room schedules, and setting up credit files.

The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, well organized, and have the ability to prioritize multiple projects. Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
