Signature Bank seeks a team player for one of our midtown Manhattan location on Park Avenue. Signature's focus is delivering high-quality services to a select clientele, with attention to developing a professional and lasting relationship. We currently have the following exciting opportunity:

Senior Client Associate - Operations Manager
In this key position, you will provide personalized banking services to financial institution clients and supervise the teller staff. Other responsibilities include greeting existing and prospective clients, providing ongoing relationship servicing and assisting Private Client Groups in processing client requests. You will manage the day-to-day financial center operations, including branch opening and teller proof, as well as assist back office personnel in resolving operational issues. You will also assist in performing internal audits and insuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and procedures.

The qualified candidate will be professional, have strong customer service and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. A broad knowledge of financial service products as well as previous operations experience in a financial center setting is required.
