Signature Bank seeks a team player for its operations department in Manhattan. Signature's focus is delivering high-quality services to a select clientele, with attention to developing a professional and lasting relationship. We currently have the following exciting opportunity:

System Support Assistant
In this position you will assist in system testing and general financial center and operations support. Responsibilities include:

• Assist in providing end user support of teller and platform systems.
• Work with the IT/Help Desk department in resolving system issues.
• Provide support in testing of various enhancements to teller/platform and other systems prior to implementation for live use by end users.
• Assist in teller and financial center proofs, general ledger proofs, as well as transaction processing.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5-10 years of banking (teller, platform, operations) and back office experience.
• Previous experience in end-user system testing required.
• Knowledge of general banking regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Salary $35K - $50K
