Commercial Cards

Signature Bank offers two commercial card programs designed for various sized firms and various levels of transaction activity. Both programs offer reporting functions that help your managers and principals track expenses and limit budgets while providing an important flexible spending tool to your employees.

Membership fees range up to $75 and balances must be paid in full as billed.

  Visa® One Card

For companies that want purchasing and corporate card functionality, the Visa® One Card is a single charge card that combines travel and entertainment with procurement and fleet card features for unified processing, simplified management and maximized savings. It allows companies to maintain control over travel and entertainment (T&E) expenses with centralized information sharing. The Visa® One Card provides multiple reports, such as T&E vendor and spending analysis, as well as spending summary reports on an annual, monthly and/or quarterly basis. The Visa® One Card, also allows limits to be set on a flexible (daily, weekly, monthly) basis.

  • Designed for companies with annual sales greater than $5MM or those companies who project minimum card volume of $250,000, and 100 or more employees
  • Automated transaction allocation, which reduces the burden of manual reconciliation
  • Comprehensive spending controls, such as daily and monthly spending limits, Merchant Category Code Blocking and budgetary limits
  • Liability insurance and fraud screening to protect from credit losses
  Visa® Company Card

For companies with minimum annual credit card spending need of $50,000, a well-established credit history in the company's name and strong financials to support the credit line.

  • For medium-sized corporations with more than $350,000 in annual net income, more than $1MM in annual sales, and 10 or more employees
  • Annual fee of $275 is waived when the corporation spends at least $50,000 per year
  • Free management reports that provide companies with a recap of expenses and payments by category and employee
  • Option to include a logo on card for a one-time fee of $500
  • Free additional cards for employees
  • Option to purchase security and extended protection, travel accident insurance, travel and emergency assistance, auto rental insurance coverage.
