The fund invests in U.S. dollar-denominated money market securities of domestic and foreign issuers rated in the highest category by at least two nationally recognized rating services, U.S. government securities, and repurchase agreements. The fund may also enter into reverse repurchase agreements.

Robert Litterst joined Fidelity as a portfolio manager in 1991. He currently manages a number of Fidelity® money market funds, including FIMM Government Portfolio and FMMT Retirement MMF, and was appointed to
manage Prime Fund in April 2002.
