Eligible employees have a choice of medical options. Our medical options offer a variety of deductibles, annual and lifetime maximums and out-of-pocket limits.

The vision care plan provides reimbursement for an annual vision exam and expenses for eyeglasses or contact lenses for employees and their eligible dependents.
Flexible Spending Accounts
This benefit allows employees to pay for eligible health care and dependent care expenses (not paid by insurance) and transit and parking expenses using pre-tax dollars from their pay and enjoy tax savings at the same time.
The 401(k) Plan is a qualified contribution plan that allows eligible employees to make pre-tax contributions. Signature provides a company match to employees’ accounts to help increase retirement savings.
All eligible employees who have completed six months of employment are eligible to request reimbursement for business-related courses that have a direct impact on the employee's job. All courses that are to be reimbursed must be pre-approved by the employee's manager.
