Clients can opt to receive their Account statements electronically, a faster and greener alternative to receiving the statement via US mail. Generally, eStatements are available the first business day following the end of the statement cycle.
eStatements are provided in two formats, PDF and HTML. The PDF version is an exact copy of the traditional paper statement. The HTML version allows for added functionality such as hot links to check images and CSV downloads of statement information into a spreadsheet. Clients enrolling for eStatements will have access to both formats.
EStatements include images of paid items, front and back. Images can be viewed, printed or saved individually or in a paged format.
You will receive an email notice whenever a new statement is available for viewing. The email will have a link to Signature’s Internet Banking site, where you can log in and view the statement. EStatements will be available online for eighteen months. Prior to the end of the eighteen month period, you should print or save electronically the statement and any check images that you wish to keep for a longer period.
Starting November 9, you will see a new link when you log on to Internet Banking, “My eStatements”. Clicking that link will take you to the eStatements Terms and Conditions. Read the terms and Conditions carefully, and verify that the email address appearing in the document is correct. By clicking “Agree” the accounts listed on your Internet Banking Account Summary for which you receive statements, other than Brokerage Accounts, will be enrolled.
You will receive mailed paper statements for one or two statement cycles after enrollment. Thereafter, the paper statements will be discontinued.
You can switch back to traditional mailed paper statements at the start of any statement cycle.
