Important Information about Overdraft and Returned Item Fees
The Bank does not charge Overdraft or Returned Item Fees for Personal Accounts effective September 1, 2022

Overdraft Fee*
Paying an item drawn against uncollected/ insufficient funds
$0 An overdraft occurs when the Bank pays an item and the Available Balance in your account is not sufficient to cover the item. The Bank does not authorize ATM or Debit Card transactions for which your account does not have sufficient Available Balance to pay.  The Bank no longer charges Overdraft Fees for personal accounts; however, you may still see an Overdraft Fee of $0 on your statement for each instance the Bank, in its sole discretion, pays an item causing overdraft.
Returned Item Fee*
Returning an item drawn against uncollected/insufficient funds
$0 The Bank no longer charges Returned Item Fees for personal accounts; however, you may still see a Returned Item Fee of $0 on your statement for each instance in which the Bank, in its sole discretion, returns an item presented when your Available Balance is less than the amount of the item.
*Each presentment and submission is treated as a separate and new item.
